Southlake Psychiatry, PC offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for a wide range of mental health and addiction disorders. For over 20 years, our providers have remained committed to staying current with the latest advancements in psychiatric medications and treatment modalities through ongoing education. We provide care for individuals of all ages.
New patient visits are in-person, and then we offer follow up visits in person and via telemed, (HIPPA compliant) depending upon our provider’s suggestion for your best care. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. We are located just off highway 77 at Exit 30 overlooking Lake Norman.
New patient visits are conducted in person. Follow-up appointments are available either in person or via HIPAA-compliant telemedicine, based on your provider’s recommendation for optimal care. Southlake Psychiatry PC provides psychiatric services and does not employ psychologists, therapists, or counselors. However, we work closely with trusted mental health professionals in the community—just as we do with your other medical providers—to help coordinate comprehensive care. Southlake Psychiatry PC provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for mental health issues. The practice focuses on PsychoPharmacology and Modalities for adult, adolescent, and childhood psychiatric conditions including: Mood Disorders, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Psychotic Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) ,Office based Opioid Use Disorder Treatment and those in Alcohol and other Substance Recovery.

Southlake Psychiatry PC does not perform Initial (New Patient) evaluations for: Legal or Forensic purposes, Independent Medical Exams (IME's), Disability Claims, Workman's Compensation Claims or Medical Leave from Work.

New Patient Appointments
Once you've booked your new patient appointment, you will get a confirmation call 2 days before your appointment. At that time you must confirm that you are keeping this appointment. If you get a message, please call back to confirm.
Plan on arriving a minimum of twenty minutes early to allow yourself time to complete the new-patient paperwork. Please bring your current identification card, your insurance card and any current medications to your initial visit. Please contact your insurance carrier for information regarding eligibility and be prepared to pay for your visit. We do not carry accounts, but we will bill your insurance as directed by your insurance. Insurance companies specify that any quote for service and fees is only an estimation. Insurance will evaluate in totality once claim is submitted.
